Elegant Epsom Flat in Period Building

Nice but not great Positive: The location is excellent in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Negative: The property is small for 4 people. The beds are small and quite uncomfortable. We have stayed at the property before and they had left food, dishwasher tablets and even flowers. This time there were no dishwasher tablets, some of the snacks were past there sell by date and no flowers. The cutlery and plates are Ikeas cheapest. The shower door gas been broken at some point and replaced by a curtain. Incidentally it was significantly cheaper to book on booking.com than direct.

Excellent Apartment Positive: Apartment was outstanding. Very clean, and everything and more was there that we needed. Location is excellent. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect apartment in a great location Positive: Great location. Great facilities, a perfect home from home. Good communication with host. Negative: Unfortunately there was some renovation work being completed in one of the ground floor flats which was loud during some mornings.

Excellent location, with modern amenities and convenient car parking space Positive: Location. 5 minutes to train and shops. Excellent. Negative: Would have preferred air co detaining unit built in.
